Delete your WishHub account

This takes effect immediately.

1. Open WishHub and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Check the summary — it shows how many wishlists and saved items will be deleted.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account and its contents are removed straight away and you are signed out.

Email us at support@wishhub-app.com with the subject “Delete my account”.

Please send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can be sure the request is really yours. We will not delete an account on the word of someone we cannot verify — that protection cuts both ways. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days of receiving it.

• Your account itself, including your email address, display name and username.
• Every wishlist you have created.
• Every product you have saved, along with any notes on them.
• Any wishlist links you have shared. They stop working, so anyone you sent one to will no longer be able to open it.

We keep a record that a product was saved, and that a “Buy Now” link was tapped — the store, the price and the time. We use these to understand which stores are worth supporting, and they are the basis of the affiliate commissions that keep WishHub free.

When your account is deleted, these records are permanently disconnected from you. What is left holds no email address, name, username or account identifier, and cannot be traced back to you or used to rebuild your account. Because they no longer identify anyone, we keep them indefinitely. Copies may also remain in our hosting provider's encrypted database backups until those are rotated out in the normal course.

Separately, if you have used a “Buy Now” link, the store and the affiliate network involved keep their own records of that visit under their own privacy policies. Deleting your WishHub account does not reach those, and we cannot delete them on your behalf.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account, its wishlists or its saved items — not on request, and not by support. If you only want to step away for a while, signing out keeps everything exactly as it is.
